Glen Jones and Tim Margrett have been recognised by Sussex & Surrey Police for their actions when an urgent and ultimately fatal incident occurred at the Club in October last year. In Jonny Grant the Club lost a loyal and respected junior coach and Club supporter who will never be forgotten by those who knew him, and everyone at the Club that day did everything in their power to create a different outcome.

The duo received a Certificate of Merit for providing a professional, determined and competent attitude whilst providing urgent medical attention and managing and supporting others at the Club that day.

Whilst remembering Jonny and his special affinity with next year's Under 16s squad, it is testament to the Club that everyone came together as a team that day to do the best they could in very difficult circumstances.
