Heath RAMS 48 Shoreham 0

Heath RAMS were on a mission on Saturday, running in seven tries and adding four conversions to secure a convincing 43-0 win against Shoreham in the semi final of the Harveys Sussex Plate at Whitemans Green.

Senior rugby at Heath has been energised this season as Ross Chisholm, 1st XV Lead Coach and Assistant Coach, James Taylor have been determined to bring a sense of enjoyment and camaraderie as well as hard work for all senior players at training each week. The result has been strong and growing numbers at weekday evening training and excellent results on the pitch for both the 1st XV and the RAMS.

The final of the Harveys Sussex Plate takes place against Seaford at Uckfield RFC on Saturday 13 April - early kick off 12.30pm. All support will be welcome as the RAMS seek to bring some silverware back to Heath.

Next weekend Heath 1st XV travel away to local Sussex rivals Horsham for an important double header - the semi-final of the Bob Rogers cup and LSE2 league fixture, with the 1st XV looking to emulate the RAMS and reach a cup final of their own.

Heath RAMS squad: Martin McDonagh; Will Purdy; Matt Monahan; Dan Shotton; Kenny Murray; George Oliver; Henry Dickson; Dan Fergusson; Tom Hicks; Jim Taylor; Louie Dalmon; Tyler Edwards; James Flicker; Andy Duncan; Roscoe Atkins; Steve Doku; Louis Norrell; Karl Wicking; Will Cleary; Charlie Milner; Jack Bull.
