HHRFC Under 12s are organising a special fundraising event for the new HHRFC Clubhouse with £5 from each ticket price going towards the James Lasis Recovery Fund.

Stephen Jones, The Sunday Times rugby correspondent and host of rugby podcast The Ruck, will join HHRFC for a very special evening and share his reflections on Lions Tours past and present. He will be interviewed live by Brough Scott MBE, the British horse racing journalist, radio and television presenter and former jockey.

Stephen will be discussing all things Lions including his all-time Lions 15 and the recent tour to South Africa as well as sharing his memories from more Lions tours (nine) than any other journalist (in addition to over 300 international matches).

There is perhaps nobody better to look back on the Lions summer as Stephen shares his thoughts on everything from the cherished history of The Lions to what playing South Africa on home soil during the Covid pandemic was really like.

And you’ll all no doubt have lots of questions too. There will be an opportunity to submit questions for Stephen to answer live on the evening.

Tickets are £25 each, with proceeds going to the new HHRFC Clubhouse Fund and £5 from each ticket price supporting the James Lasis Recovery Fund.
