Meeting time – 10:30am in the home changing room, ready for the warm up which starts at 10:45am prompt please.
Dress code after the game – white shirt, club/school tie, black trousers and smart shoes

Nutrition, Hydration & Wellbeing – Supper/Dinner the night before should include complex carbohydrates (pasta, rice & wholegrain bread) and breakfast of simple carbs fruit and cereals is ideal. Hydration is extremely important please ensure they drink at least ½ litre of water 1 -2 hours before warm up and continue to drink during exercise. Foods to be avoided in the morning are those with a high fat content i.e. meats, doughnuts, crisps, chips etc. Please ensure your son gets a good night’s sleep before the game both on Friday and Saturday night. Any last minute problems due to injury/illness please advise at your earliest convenience.
