Saturdays’ match between Charlie Fry and Dan Fergusson had all the big match atmosphere you’d expect. Holy Trinity church was full and the marquee at the Club even more so on a great day for all.
Kiwi Dan, Heath’s second XV captain, was supported as best man by his brother Gareth (Big G) who played at number 8 for Heath. He and his mother flew in from New Zealand for the wedding and were joined by Pat Shanahan, Heath captain two seasons ago, straight off the plane from Australia. The bride looked ravishing – check the wedding album on this website – and the groom scrubbed up pretty well too!
