For three days last week Harlequins’ community coaching team put Sussex youngsters age 6 to 14 through their rugby paces at Whiteman's Green.

Over 40 local children benefitted from a well-structured series of training sessions working on improving their fitness and rugby skills and making sure that Sussex boys and girls stay active over the summer.

For those keen to attend a summer rugby camp this year there is another opportunity coming up - a coaching team from New Zealand is returning to the Club at the end of this month (26-29 August) for a four day junior rugby coaching course with a focus on making rugby skills and drills fun while learning the haka first hand from a qualified team of Kiwis. The camp is sponsored by Vines of Gatwick. For more information and to sign up visit Go to NZ Rugby Experience
