The Heath Under 13s squad are preparing for the season ahead by learning new scrummaging skills under the watchful eyes of their coaching team.

On Sunday morning under bright blue skies the coaches used the Rhino scrum machine to teach the forwards how to work together effectively and practise scrums while the backs worked on new running moves.

The Under 13s are working to PACE this season – Performance, Attitude, Commitment and Enjoyment – as they look to translate their rugby skills into the 15 man game in the league. All new Under 13s players welcome and anyone who would like to join the Heath squad please contact the Under 13s team Administrator, Cherry Persad, by email on cmarshall321@googlemail.com or call 07548 607078. Training takes place at Whitemans Green every Sunday morning from 10am.
