Tony O'Brien joined the club in the 1980s. He became a great supporter of Heath, being on the touchline come rain, hail or snow, attending nearly every home game and travelling to many away games.
During Heath's promotion to the National Division Three South Division in 2003-4 season Tony and 'Kempy' made the conscious decision to attend every away match, travelling to the depths of Cornwall to watch Heath play Launceston and far flung Bristol to play Dings Crusaders as well as, closer to home, the oldest established rugby club in England: Blackheath.
Tony was very involved in the highly successful HHRFC Country Fair which the Club hosted every May Bank Holiday for approx 25 years (cancelled once due to the foot and mouth epidemic) which raised much needed funds for the Club at the time.
The Club sends its condolences to Tony's family and friends at this difficult time.
