A core of the squad have played rugby together for many years, others have joined over the last few seasons, and we continue to welcome new joiners. With weekly training sessions and regular matches, and a friendly and supportive ethos, we provide an environment for those new to rugby or keen to take their game to the next level where they can really thrive.

The squad won the Sussex U12Gs League and the Worthing National 10s in 2024, were runners up in the U14Gs Sussex waterfall and Cup in their first year as in 2025, were Sussex Cup U14s champions and waterfall and Worthing 10s runners up last season.

The team competes in the Sussex League and Cup and this year hope to participate in the National Cup for the first time. In addition the squad plays frequent friendlies and takes part in various festivals, included the annual events hosted by HHRFC over the last three seasons.
